Matched Pair Total Protein
At BioChain, matched total protein pairs are isolated by our proprietary techniques and stored in a protein storage buffer. This product is a useful tool for accelerating gene expression analysis by identifying tumor-specific and tumor metastatic proteins and genes.
BioChain's human cDNA matched pair products include:
- Primary Tumor and Normal Pair (PP); genomic DNAs isolated from the primary tumor and its adjacent normal tissue
- Primary and Metastatic Pair (PM); consists of genomic DNAs from the primary tumor and corresponding metastatic tumor
- Custom extractions are available
