Matched Pair RNA
Matched Pair total RNA have been isolated from primary tumors and their adjacent unaffected normal tissue. This product is a useful tool for accelerating gene expression analysis by identifying tumor-specific genes and tumor metastatic genes.

Quality Control
- The integrity of the RNA is examined by visual inspection for the presence of intact bands of 18s and 28s ribosomal RNA when electrophoresis on a denaturing agarose gel
- The quality and purity of total RNA were tested by spectrophotometer. A260/280 is between 1.8 and 2.1(detected in 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5).
