Product Description
BioChain’s Rapid Gold Immuno-assay Kit for tuberculosis is a fast and easy test which uses purified recombinant TB antigen and gold-labeled conjugate coated on the surface of a nitrocellulose membrane. Plasma or serum samples are added and the interaction of the antigen-antibody complex and gold-labeled conjugate will produce a pink color on the membrane. The intensity of this color will reflect the antibody intensity in the sample.
