Product Description

BioChain's Alzheimer's diseased brain tissue panels (TeHAD-Alz) are designed for rapidly screening Alzheimer's disease-specific genes or proteins in brain tissues. Tissues are arrayed on positively charged glass slides. Alzheimer's diseased brain tissues on TeHAD-Alz-I are selected based on functional regions, while those on TeHAD-Alz-II are selected based on anatomical regions. TeHAD-Alz-IV contains both functional and anatomical regions of Alzheimer's diseased brain tissues. Normal brain tissue panels are also available in the identical format as controls. TeHAD-Alz-III contains both Alzheimer's diseased brain tissues and normal brain tissues.

Paraffin Tissue Section Panels are manufactured using high-quality tissues. 5 to 8 different tissues are mounted on a modified glass slide. Each section is approximately 5 µm thick. H.E. staining, immunostaining, and in situ hybridization with proliferating cellular nuclear antigen (PCNA) antibody and P53 gene probe have been performed to ensure quality of the tissue panels. BioChain's tissue panel is an ideal product for rapid cellular localization of RNA and protein expression.
