Paraffin Tissue Section – Human Lung Tumor: Squamous Cell Carcinoma
BioChain’s Human Tumor Single Tissue Slides are designed for rapid identifying cellular localization of RNA or protein in tumor tissues. Each slide contains tissue from a single human tumor. Documentation of tissues’ clinical histories may be available upon request. For FFPE DNA and RNA isolation, we can provide tissue section slices in tubes.
BioChain’s tissue products are based on the sample repository network established following the IRB-approved ethical standard and procedures. The repository covers a wide variety of species and diseases, including human adult normal tissues, human diseased and tumor tissues, as well as mouse, rat, and monkey tissues. BioChain’s Paraffin Tissue Sections have been fixed in formalin after being excised. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue was sectioned at 5 µm thickness, and mounted on positively charged glass slides. Our paraffin tissue sections facilitate rapid determination of biomolecule localization and extraction of nucleic acids.
