Characterized Tissues
BioChain offers a large inventory of characterized tissue for your oncology research.
- Our CancerSeq line of product includes tissues that have been sequenced for hotspot mutations from a panel of cancer-related genes. Other important information such as copy number variations and the presence of RNA fusions have also been determined.
- We also provide a selection of tumor samples that have been characterized for HPV positivity using branched DNA technology.
- Finally, several adenocarcinoma tissues may be purchased that have known microsatellite instability (MSI) status. Reach out to us for custom characterized samples or custom characterizations NSG assays.
