BioChain's glucose concentration assay kit is a simple, direct and automation-ready assay for measuring glucose in serum or plasma without any pretreatment. The improved o-toluidine method utilizes a specific color reaction with glucose. The intensity of the color is directly proportional to the glucose concentration in the sample. The absorbance at 630nm is directly proportional to glucose concentration in the sample.
