Universal cDNA Reverse Transcribed by Random Hexamer: Human Normal Tissues
Overview
BioChain’s Human Universal cDNA is prepared from major organs of both male and female normal adult donors. This cDNA is ready to use for comparison of gene expression by RT-PCR or as a gene pool for cloning human genes. It is a pool from 2 male donors (64 and 71 years old) and 3 female donors (32, 69, and 76 years old).
Description
BioChain’s Universal cDNA serves as a standard for comparison of gene expression by real time PCR and regular PCR, and also as a gene pool for cloning genes. It is prepared from major organs of both male and female normal adult donors. The universal cDNA is synthesized by reverse transcribing Biochain’s Universal RNA and using either a random hexamer primer.
