Paraffin Tissue Section Panel – Human Tumor, Different Tumor Type, Different Donors, Panel II, 8 tissue spots
BioChain’s multiple tissue panels with different types of tumors are designed for screening gene expression in multiple tumor tissues. Each tumor tissue is paired with a corresponding normal control tissue. A licensed pathologist issued a pathological diagnosis of each tumor based on examination of tissue sections. Documentation of tissues’ clinical histories is available upon request. mRNA Northern blot and Western blots as well as total RNA Norterhn blot are available in identical formats.
BioChain’s tissue products are based on the sample repository network established following the IRB-approved ethical standard and procedures. The repository covers a wide variety of species and diseases, including human adult and fetal normal tissues, human diseased and tumor tissues, as well as mouse, rat, and monkey tissues. The tissues are immediately put in liquid nitrogen after being excised, and then identified by a board-licensed pathologist. Patient demographic and disease related history data are available. BioChain’s frozen tissue section line encompasses a large selection of tissue sections which are good for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. The tissue sections are approximately 5-10 µm thick.
