Product Description
BioChain's compartmental protein extraction kit is provided with protease inhibitor cocktail to prevent protein degradation. One kit contains four reagents enough to enrich three compartment proteins from 5 grams tissues or cells. The efficiency of subcellular fractionation has been investigated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting of selected marker proteins.
