  • With the advent of next generation sequencing (NGS), you can know more about your FFPE tumor blocks than ever before. To share the capabilities of NGS with you, BioChain now employs the Ilumina TruSeq® Amplicon - Cancer Panel (TSACP) to characterize select FFPE Tumor Tissue Blocks. 

    We isolate genomic DNA from specially chosen FFPE blocks, and use our MiSeq next generation sequencer to provide mutation data on 48 cancer genes, including BRAF, KRAS, EGFR, ALK, and Tp53. Our CancerSeq™ Paraffin Tissue Tumor Blocks give your IHC, ISH, and gene expression data more interpretive power.
