Introduction to Human(Breast Cancer)

Breast cancer is a cancer of the glandular breast tissue. Among women in the U.S., breast cancer is the most common cancer and the second-most common cause of cancer death (after lung cancer). MicroRNA markers have been used for prognosis and selection of therapy. For example, mir-10b is highly expressed in metastatic breast cancer cells and positively regulates cell migration and invasion. Therefore, the expression of mir-10b can be used to prodict the metastasis of of breast cancers.
