Introduction to Mouse Feeder Cells(Stem Cell Culture)

Biochain provides mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF) cells as feeder layers for stem cell culture to the research community. We have a wide range of selection of MEF cells including neomycin resistant, DR4 (resistant to neomycin, hygromycin, puromycin and 6-thioguanine) and CF-1 MEF cells. We have both untreated or gamma irradiated MEF cells. Every single batch of MEF cells is tested for its ability to support undifferentiated mESC growth and is mycopplasma negative. Early passages (P2) are provided for further expansion if more cells are needed.
