Introduction to Human(Normal)

Endothelia progenitor cells (EPCs) are isolated from samples using our proprietary technology. EPCs are delivered at the 4th passage, either as cryopreserved or proliferating cells in culture flasks. Each cryovial contains 5 x 10⁵ cells in 1 ml volume. Except for the common endothelial cell cobblestone morphology, EPCs are CD 133+ when they are cultured as resuspended cells, when they start attaching to the cell culture vessel, they become endothelia progenitor outgrowth cells (EPOCs) as CD 133-. Human donors are negative for HIV-1, HBV and HCV, and detailed donor profiles are available upon request. Our EPOC are guaranteed to further expand for at least 2-3 population doublings at the conditions.
