The cultured tumor cells were harvested, fixed, and embedded in paraffin by Biochain's proprietary method, then the paraffin embedded cell pellet was sectioned on positively charged slides. For FFPE DNA and RNA isolation customers, Biochain can provide tissue section slices in tubes instead of mounting them on the glass slides
