Introduction to Human(Tumor-DD)

BioChain's human different types of tumor western blots (WtHAT-DD) are designed for rapidly screening tumor specific protein expressions. Each tumor sample is paired with normal control tissue. A licensed pathologist issues a pathological diagnosis of each tumor based on examination of tissue sections. Documentation of tissues' clinical histories may be available upon request. 50 µg of tumor and corresponding normal control total protein is loaded in each lane of the blots. 50 µg of human placenta total protein is included in each blot as an interblot control for comparison between different blots among different users.
