Introduction to Human(Tumor Cell Line)

Biochain's human tumor cell line total protein western blot (WtHCT) is designed for rapidly screening tissue specific protein expression in different human tumor cell lines. Total proteins isolated from six different cell lines on this blot. Human placenta total protein is included in each blot as an interblot control for comparison between different western blots. Each lane contains 50 µg of protein.
