Introduction to xMag Particles(Purification)

BioChain's xMag magnetic particles are silanized magnetic particles which have amine groups on their surface. The particles are supplied as suspension in double distilled water with 0.01% thimerosal as stabilizer. 1 mg of xMag particles with amine group binds more than 100 µg of proteins such as antibodies by covalently interaction.
