Introduction to GoldMag Particles(Purification)

BioChain's GoldMag-CS nanoparticles with 50 nm in diameter and GoldMag-AS micro-particles with 5 µm in diameter are supplied as suspension in PBS buffer with 0.01 % thimerosal as stabilizers. After vigorously shaking, GoldMag particles can be evenly suspended in solution and ready to use. 1 mg of GoldMag particles bind more than 200 µg antibodies or 100 µg of other proteins such as BSA, Hbof proteins.
