The resulted products can be used for mRNA isolation, probe generation, RT-PCR, Northern blot analysis, primer extension, RNA protection assay, PCR amplification, and Western Analysis. The kit contains enough reagents for isolating DNA, RNA, and protein from 5 gram tissue and cells.
