Paraffin Tissue Section Panel

Introduction to Paraffin Tissue Section Panel

Paraffin Tissue Sections are a useful tool that can be used for the validation of biological targets and their potential clinical relevance in the development of diagnostics or therapeutics. BioChain’s Paraffin Tissue Section Panels are made from high quality tissues that have been identified and carefully selected by our pathologist. 5-8 different tissues are arrayed on one positively charged glass slide to allow for multiple histological analyses. Paraffin Tissue Section Panels can be used to study new protein markers, DNA or RNA molecules, and disease related genes. Our Tissue Arrays provide high throughput platforms for the rapid investigation of biomarkers associated with oncology, diagnosis, and disease therapeutics. We provide customized sample preparation for tissue panels constructed with tissues from wide selection of diseases and species.

Features

  • Dual applications for both in situ hybridization or immunohistochemistry assays
  • Ready-to-use and pre-mounted using high quality tissues
  • Suitable for both radioactive and non-radioactive detection
  • Matched RNA, DNA, cDNA or proteins of each tissue on the panels available
  • Covers broad range of tissues in each panel
  • Applications

  • Rapid screening of genes or proteins against an extensive panel of tissues
  • Gene or protein expression pattern analysis
  • Comparison of locations and expression levels of novel genes or proteins in different tissues
  • Quality Control

  • At least one of the tissue slides from each lot was stained with H & E to ensure the quality
  •
