BioChain's custom synthesized siRNAs cover general siRNA oligos, chemically modified RNA oligos, and fluorescently labeled siRNA oligos. The fluorescent siRNA oligos are made by labeling 5' end of sense strand of siRNA with various fluorescent dyes. The fluorescent siRNA oligos can be used for determining transfection efficacy, optimizing transfection conditions, tracking siRNA transfected cells, and finding the siRNA location within the cells.
