Preclinical Animal
Services is
the CRO arm of BioChain Institute Inc.
The services employ AAALAC-accredited facility in the United States and
P. R. China to provide our clients the best
combination of quality, price and customer services.
Our non-human primate facility is managed in
California and strategically located in China. The
facilities are AAALAC accredited, with in house
IACUC. Our lab consists of established motor
behavior monitoring and evaluation system, well
equipped surgery room and stereotaxic operation
system. We are capable of neuro-imaging, primary
cell isolation and culture, histopathological and
related labs. |
Xenograft Services
Living TumorTM xenograft models are developed
using human tumor tissues grafted in subrenal capsules of
SCID mice. The human tumor tissues are developed into
transplantable tumor tissue lines. These tumor tissue lines
offer a sustainable tumor source for xenograft models. The
model is in many aspects superior to conventional tumor
model systems which are based on cultured cancer cell lines. |
