Quality Controls
A representative gel from each blot was visualized by
commassie blue staining. Each blot was
stained by Ponceau S, and destained by H2O, Blocked by 5%
nonfat milk in 1XTTBS, and rinsed by 1XTTBS. A
representative blot from each lot was detected by western
analysis with GAPDH
antibody. The pattern of differential expression of GAPDH in
various tissues was consistent with
each lot. |
