Frozen Tissue Section
Human frozen tissue section matched pair products include:
Primary Pair (PP), Primary and metastatic Pair. PP consists
of frozen tissue sections of primary tumor (or diseased
tissue) and its adjacent normal tissue; PM consists of
frozen tissue sections of primary tumor and corresponding
metastatic tumor. Frozen tissue sections in each pair are
prepared from the same donor. This product line is ideal for
localization of tumor-specific (or disease specific) genes
and tumor metastatic genes. Tissue sections are 5-10 µm in
thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and
fixed by cold acetone.
Quality Controls
¡ñ At least one of
the tissue slides from each lot was stained with H & E to
ensure the quality
